Mark Watson-Mitchell - Non-Executive Chairman
Mark is the Executive Chairman of both Addworth Plc, which is an ‘active capital investor’, and  Yellowcake Plc, an investor in uranium companies. He is also the Non-Executive Chairman of NetGames Holdings Ltd, the investor in the online betting sector; NCI Vehicle Rescue Plc, the vehicle assistance and recovery company, and The Core Business Plc which is involved in the personal care products and colour cosmetics business.


Mark has previously worked for four firms of stockbrokers and a fund management business. For the last thirteen years, he has been increasingly active in investment research of smaller companies quoted on various markets within the UK. He is the principal of SQC Research which specialises in preparing investment information and comment on smaller quoted companies for investment professionals.



Graham Martin - Chief  Executive
Graham is the founder of Gaming Ventures and has extensive experience in both physical and online gambling businesses as well as the mobile platform. From a family of Turf Accountants, Graham formed Bonne Terre Limited and originated the first Offshore Gaming Law in the Balliwick of Guernsey. This resulted in the establishment of the first legalised offshore internet gaming jurisdiction. Bonne Terre was sold to the BSkyB Group Plc and is now trading as “skybetvegas”.


Graham was previously Chairman of Probability Games Corporation Limited, now called Probability Plc, which provides a leading mobile phone gambling service. Graham currently holds a number of positions in the gambling sector as well as being a non-executive Director of the Urban Exposure Group.  He is also an economic advisor to the Secretary of State of Belorussia.



Jeremy Collis - Finance Director
Jeremy is an experienced business and finance executive who has recently worked with a number of online gaming ventures in both finance and general management roles.  A Cambridge engineering graduate, he qualified as a chartered accountant with Grant Thornton and then held financial management positions in Mobil Oil Corp USA,  Kennecott Minerals and was the Finance Director in the UK for Kentucky Fried Chicken, a division of Grand Metropolitan Plc.


He became Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa for Smirnoff (part of Diageo plc), and went on to run international retail businesses for Littlewood to become the Managing Director of Littlewoods Gaming with responsibility for the 'Pools', the UK’s largest lottery operator outside the national lottery.

 


David Abbott - Chief Operating Officer
David Abbott has extensive experience of the payments, eCommerce and mCommerce industries,  having  held  senior  positions  with First Data Corporation,  eOne Global and Riyad Bank.

David was also Chief Executive Officer of Secure Trading Limited from February 2004 until February 2006  where, during his tenure, sales grew to $900 million. He has a wealth of industry knowledge, with over twenty years experience in payments, and has spent the last eight years focusing on the Internet  and mobile industries.



Christopher Marsh - Non-Executive Director
Chris is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Alexandra plc, a multinational supplier of workplace clothing, Framlington AIM VCT 2 PLC and a Non-Executive Director of Framlington AIM VCT PLC, with  over thrity years experience in the City of London.

Prior to its takeover by UBS, Chris was a partner in stockbroker Phillips and Drew. He was also a Director and Head of Corporate Broking at UBS Ltd in London, specialising in the requirements of small and mid-cap listed companies. From 1999 to 2004, he was with Benfield Advisory, the corporate mergers and acquisitions advisory arm of Benfield Group Ltd, the London Stock Exchange quoted re-insurance company. He has also been a Non-Executive Director of both Hansard Group plc and Parkwood Holdings plc.
